Shipping Policy
All in stock products are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. For orders shipping outside the United States, the rate is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Damaged in Transit
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. From that point on, your package is in the carrier’s care, and Mayenne Maison is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the item, the box and all packing materials, as the carrier may need to inspect them. Take photos of the damage and the packaging, and email them with your order number to info@mayennemaison.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and pass on any reimbursement the carrier approves. Please don’t send damaged items back to us unless we ask you to.
